On 17 April 2019, the European Parliament and the Council received Regulation (EU) 2019/631 setting CO2 discharge execution gauges for new traveler autos and for new light business vehicles (vans) in the EU for the period after 2020. The new Regulation will begin applying on 1 January 2020.Until that date, the present Regulation setting CO2 discharge models for vehicles will apply,
